Statement of Understanding: As a Camp RYLA volunteer, I am expected to attend a one-and-a-half-day training session prior to the start of camp. I understand that I am expected to be at Camp RYLA for the duration of the entire camp (which is six and a half days plus one and a half days of training). I will be required to pass a background check prior to arriving at camp. I understand that the role of a Camp RYLA volunteer is to engage the youth attendees in appropriate discussion and not emphasize my own views.
